Bad Experience with Viveks - the Unlimited shop

I plan to buy a MiroOven on 1st Jan 2005 ( my wife has some superstitious belief that if we bought some thing in new year, we will get lot of things throught the year ... who knows ?? ). We went to Viveks a famous (is it ?!!! ) retail store for house hold things and bought a MicroOven. The salesperson told us that they will deliver it with in one day or two. We were upset first, and later decided to buy on that day itself. But the next day we got a call from Viveks stating that they will deliver only after 10 days... We got frustrated.. and what to do ... we have to wait for that day.... I think they know about the late delivery on the day of purchase itself..

I don't expect these type of responses from Viveks Ltd. Please do check with the store before going to buy ...
